Step One: Wedding stationary

Planning a wedding is about making choices, from color scheme to centerpieces, from invitations to guests, even food and attire. If you are looking avoid the predictability and sometimes-predictable nature of the traditional, you will want to have your wedding stationary to look modern. It use to be that this concept meant only odd shapes and checkered lines with no defined purpose, however, modern styles have evolved in the recent decade. There are some important aspects can should take into consideration when deciding on your wedding stationary.

Few people take the time to think about shape when it comes to paper. Many people simply use the standard sizes that are commonplace in all activities like printer paper, envelopes, or notepads; however, we rarely take time to ponder about that shape, size, and design can says about the each one of us as individuals. Combining an off-the-wall notion of color scheme, the shape of your wedding stationary can and will portray your modern style.
Both squared and long sheets of stationary paper can catch the attention of your wedding invite recipients while round corners add a soft touch when desired. Simply abandoning the square or rectangular look will make your wedding stationary visibly more like what you desire and less like the average wedding stationary.

Most people only encounter the simplest of designs and papers, which are all too common. White, 8.5x11 printer paper works great for a wide range of uses, but for wedding stationary why not choose something unique? Even heavier or more sturdy paper can look plain if the idea used is low quality.
When choosing your modern wedding stationary, try browsing a local craft store or search the internet for ideas. There is no reason to avoid touching the papers on display, as those who receive the invitation will experience the same feeling as you. Handcrafted papers are particularly nuanced and can be very enjoyable. They often contain flowers, plants and dyes with particular design patterns right inside the paper. With these types of paper, literally every sheet is unique.

When choosing the modern weddings stationary, choose the items that best compliment and complete your concept of the perfect wedding. Do not repress your inner creativity and style, but also remember to not go overboard and over the top to the point that your guests will not be able to connect with the occasion.
